NPS (Net Promoter Score)
A measure of customer loyalty based on likelihood to recommend.
Definition
NPS is measured by asking: 'On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend us to a friend?' Promoters (9–10) minus Detractors (0–6) equals your NPS. Scores range from -100 to +100.
